To raise up an Army of Believers who will share the love of God through the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and who will know and can apply the Word of God in preparation for life and ministry.

To establish a base of operations from which we will reach the state of West Virginia with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

To establish ten (10) points of outreach from which we will reach all fifty-five (55) counties in West Virginia.

To establish outreach to the bordering areas of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and Kentucky.
